INGREDIENTS
50 ml melted Woody’s bacon fat.
1 1/2 teaspoons Maizena
125 ml of cocoa powder
50 ml of sugar
875 ml of full cream milk
125 ml melted Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate
A pinch of salt
METHOD
Whisk together Woody’s bacon fat and cornflour in a saucepan.
Add the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Bring to a simmer and whisk!
Then let the deliciousness simmer for a minute and remove the saucepan from the stove.
Melt the dark chocolate and whisk it into the liquid.
